Description

The mip-M201 is a multifunction circuit. This integrated circuit contains the following compo-nents: an adjustable voltage/current reference, a comparator and four open-collector driver sta-ges. The reference can supply a sensor cell (voltage/current supply), a processor or further com-ponents (reference output current up to 25mA). The comparator thresholds are adjustable at both inputs. The driver stages are suitable above all as relay and LED driver.
